The Cat

A rainy Saturday morning.  Rain is a welcome sight, so hopefully it continues to pour bucket loads as it has all morning.  The plans for a walk down Las Olas will have to wait.  As that might be, instinctively the family knows that won’t stop the sound of those little shutter clicks.  Yes I suppose some would think it’s a tad crazy, but not this crew, or at least they never let on.  The cat awakes to hear them first, and views it mildly tolerable.  This common ritual would normally be met with a yawn, if only she were already awake.  And the young lady of the house who we all affectionately refer to as Maddie, she’s on her way out, so happily, if not gracefully, turns with a quick smile.  She continues on with the rest of the family, well ahead of her I’m sure, and the cat, she will be napping soon enough.  Never mind the rain, the pixs were more than worth it.  And as for sharing them, if not, you would have never known.  And that’s how that works (smile).  Before leaving this day, here’s one final shout-out to the rain, and the sun that always comes back to shine on beautiful Fort Lauderdale!
